"I was 5'11" 160 lbs when college started and had a six pack. I didn't seem to mind the nonstop food and beer and I had lost my abs by Thanksgiving. Thankfully this was not noticable, but now I am 185 lbs and I have to suck my stomach in wherever I go.
My waist went from 30 inches to 34 and change. I saw my high school friends again and none of them had gained weight so naturally they all wanted to know why I had developed the gut I have.
Don't allow it to happen, even a tiny bit because it will creep up on you and you'll be out of shape before you know it!"
