"I started college as your average guy, around 125 lbs. As soon as the school year started I began eating more fast food and drinking into the night.
By about the 2nd month of college I noticed that my clothes (which had gotten tighter previously) could not even fit any more. By this point I had gained nearly 20 lbs.
My bad habits continued and by the end of the year I had put on nearly 45 lbs."
