"I started out college weighing in at 150 lbs. Throughout the year, I drank excessively...almost every weekend, all weekend.
I noticed that my pants were a little tight and that I had a double chin. I started working out a bit (every other day) and worked off the 10 pounds.
This year (my sophomore year) I am starting out the same way, unfortunately. I recently started power walking everyday for 30 min and eating healthier.
Hopefully i won't gain anymore weight!!!"
