Entering my freshman year of college, I was in the best shape of my life. I was running every day and lifting weights 3 times a week. I had a good build and I weighed about 190 pounds (I am 6' 2").
A few weeks into my freshman year I decided to pledge a fraternity on campus, and I am so glad I did. The only problem was I didn't have time to workout and run as much as I wanted to.
By the end of the semester I had lost 15 pounds and weighed 175. I was scrawny and weak compared to the beginning of the semester.
The following semester I started working out and eating right again, and I got back up to my normal weight.
