My second semester of college I was dedicated to eating healthy and working out. I know every college is different, but:
Here are some foods I ate in the cafeteria that kept me healthy when I was working out:
- Egg White Omelet
- Tuna Sandwich with lettuce on whole wheat bread
- Low-fat Milk
- Fruit
- Chicken
Things I tried to avoid at all costs:
- Soda
- Ice Cream
- Donughts
- Cheese steaks
- Any other desserts
